36th GI/ITG International Conference on Architecture of Computing Systems

Author guidelines

Authors are invited to submit original, unpublished research papers. ARCS 2023 uses a double-blind reviewing system. Manuscripts must not identify authors or their affiliation. When citing own work, it must be done in a neutral form (i.e. avoiding ‘our’, ‘we’, ‘previous work’ etc.). Papers not adhering to this rule may be excluded from the review process.

Style

Papers must be submitted in PDF format, formatted according to Springer LNCS style and must not exceed 15 pages, including references, appendices and figures. Make sure not to temper with the style parameters.

Submission System

All submissions must be made by the submission web site via EasyChair:
https://easychair.org/conferences/?conf=arcs2023

Final Version

Authors of accepted paper need to submit their camera ready version until June 2nd 2023 using the EasyChair submission systems. Papers must not exceed 15 pages. Authors should consult Springer’s instructions for proceedings authors and use their proceedings templates for LaTeX or Word. Springer encourages authors to include their ORCIDs in their papers.

The corresponding author of a paper, acting on behalf of all authors of that paper, must complete and sign the Copyright Form. The corresponding author signing this copyright form has to match the corresponding author marked on the paper. Once the files have been sent to Springer, changes relating to the authorship of the papers are no longer possible.

If you or any of the authors contributing to ARCS 2023 are interested in Open Access or Open Choice, please refer to Springer's Open Access Publishing page for prices and additional information. Note that Springer needs the invoicing address and the CC-BY Consent-to-Publish forms at the same time as the files for the publication.
