Authors are invited to submit original, unpublished research papers. ARCS 2026 uses a double-blind reviewing process. Manuscripts must not identify authors or their affiliation. When citing own work, it must be done in a neutral form (i.e. avoiding ‘our’, ‘we’, ‘previous work’ etc.).

Submissions should be done through EasyChair. Papers must be submitted in PDF format.

They should be formatted according to Springer LNCS style and must not exceed 15 pages plus references.

In addition to the main conference topics, ARCS 2026 will host:

• A Special Track on Organic Computing.
• A Special Track on Dependability and Fault Tolerance.
• A PhD Forum to present the work of young doctoral students (up to 10 pages plus references).
• A Group Forum for young professors, researchers, and consortia to present their research (up to 5 pages plus references).

Authors of accepted paper need to submit their camera ready version until March 3^rd 2026 using the EasyChair submission systems. Papers must not exceed 15 pages plus references. Authors should consult Springer’s instructions for proceedings authors and use their proceedings templates for LaTeX or Word. Springer encourages authors to include their ORCIDs in their papers.

The corresponding author of a paper, acting on behalf of all authors of that paper, must complete and sign the Copyright Form. The corresponding author signing this copyright form has to match the corresponding author marked on the paper. Once the files have been sent to Springer, changes relating to the authorship of the papers are no longer possible.
