Author guidelines

Authors are invited to submit original, unpublished research papers. ARCS 2021 uses a double-blind reviewing system. Manuscripts must not identify authors or theiraffiliation. When citing own work, it must be done in a neutral form (i.e. avoiding ‘our’, ‘we’, ‘previous work’ etc.). Papers not adhering to this rule may be excluded from the review process.

Papers must be submitted in PDF format, formatted according to Springer LNCS style and must not exceed 15 pages, including references and figures. Please make sure not to temper with the style parameters.

Submission System

All submissions must be made by the submission web site via EasyChair:

Final Version

Authors of accepted paper need to submit their final version till May 24th 2021 using the EasyChair submission systems. Papers may not exceed 15 pages. Authors should consult Springer’s authors’ instructions and use their proceedings templates, either for LaTeX or for Word, for the preparation of their papers. Springer encourages authors to include their ORCIDs in their papers. In addition, the corresponding author of each paper, acting on behalf of all of the authors of that paper, must complete and sign a Consent-to-Publish form. The corresponding author signing the copyright form should match the corresponding author marked on the paper. Once the files have been sent to Springer, changes relating to the authorship of the papers cannot be made. The copyright form can be found here.

If you or any of the authors contributing to ARCS 2021 are interested in Open Access or Open Choice, please refer to Springer webpage for prices and additional information. Springer would need the invoicing address and the CC-BY Consent-to-Publish forms at the same time as the files for the publication.
