Note that the Heilbronn Wine Festival takes place during the conference time, so the availability of rooms could deteriorate quickly.

For your convenience, we have reserved some contingent at recommended hotels (see below) and negotiated special prices for ARCS 2022. Note that the special prices are only offered for a certain period and that the contingent is limited (first come first serve).

We reserved some contingent at the Insel Hotel for ARCS 2022. To make use of it, you need to book at or before August 22nd and use the keyword: TUM-ARCS. Note that this is an extended deadline. The availability of rooms obviously cannot be guaranteed (first come first serve). Breakfast is included. After the deadline, if free rooms are available, bookings can still be made at the stated conditions. Please contact the hotel directly, stating the booking code.

We reserved some contingent at the Mercure Hotel for ARCS 2022. To make use of it, you need to book at or before August 22nd and you need to use this Reservation Form (only available in German). Note that this is an extended deadline without additional extension and the remaining contingent is only 35 rooms. After this final deadline, you can no longer book under the stated conditions! Cancellation or name changes have to be performed before 6pm of the day of your arrival. If you plan to check-in after 6pm, then you need to book via credit card in order to secure your room, otherwise, after 6pm other customers may obtain 'your' room. The availability of rooms obviously cannot be guaranteed (first come first serve). Breakfast is included.
